Needs Co-ordinators for the Nursery. (SENCO)
Children with special needs are
welcomed into the nursery where they have the opportunity to become
an involved member of the group.
If needed we can offer:
Portage
a scheme that helps children in easy stages through areas of
development.
Derbyshire Language Scheme
helps to develop language skills.
Makaton
is a method of signing also using the spoken word to support
language development.
The Nursery will liaise with you
and other professionals according to each child's needs.
